BY-LAWS COMMITTEE (Four or Five Members)

This Committee will be chaired by a Parliamentarian that is appointed by the Council Chair. The Council Chair also appoints two (2) members from the Executive Board and two (2) from the Council. (It is unclear from the by-laws whether the Parliamentarian can be one of these four, or must be in addition to the four.)
